It defines the terms and conditions for the provision of paid aesthetic and cosmetic services (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic”).

1.2. In accordance with the Spanish Civil Code, this offer constitutes a public contract. Acceptance of this offer means entering into a legally binding agreement under the specified terms.

1.3. The Clinic reserves the right to amend this offer at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the official website of Body&Soul Aesthetic Clinic in Marbella.
 

2. Scope of the Offer

 
2.1. The Clinic provides services in the field of aesthetic medicine and professional skincare. A complete list of procedures — including injectables, facial and body treatments, hardware techniques, and peelings — is published on the website.

2.2. All services are provided strictly by appointment and only after a personal consultation with a qualified specialist.

2.3. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse services if medical contraindications are present or if other conditions are identified that could prevent the safe and effective delivery of the procedure.
 

3. Service Procedure

 
3.1. Appointments can be made conveniently via the website, by phone, WhatsApp, or directly at the clinic.

3.2. Payment for services is made before or after the procedure in accordance with the current price list, available on the website and at the front desk.

3.3. If a scheduled service cannot be provided due to technical or organizational reasons, the Clinic will inform the client and offer a rescheduled appointment or refund the payment.
 

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

 
4.1. The Clinic undertakes to:

• Provide aesthetic services in accordance with international quality standards and internal protocols;
• Use only certified products and equipment;
• Ensure the confidentiality of the client’s personal and medical data;
• Provide full and accurate information about each procedure, its effects, potential risks, and contraindications.

4.2. The Client agrees to:

• Provide truthful information regarding their health and any chronic conditions;
• Follow pre- and post-procedure recommendations;
• Pay for services on time as per the current pricing policy.

5. Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy

 
5.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 24 hours in advance. This helps us organize our schedule efficiently and avoid downtime.

5.2. Refunds are processed individually upon submission of a written request and after review by the clinic administration, in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain.
 

6. Dispute Resolution

 
6.1. All disputes or disagreements arising in the course of service delivery shall be resolved through negotiation.

6.2. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court at the Clinic’s place of registration, in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Spain.
 

7. Final Provisions

 
7.1. By scheduling an appointment, visiting the clinic, and making a payment, the client confirms their agreement to the terms of this offer and accepts them in full.

7.2. Any matters not covered by this offer are governed by the applicable legislation of Spain, including consumer protection laws and healthcare regulations.
